Aloha, I just thought about you when I saw this headline. You may want to change your tag line.

Compared to the true Sausage King of Chicago, Abe Froman, the Sausage King of San Leandro is just a poser.
A murderous poser, but a poser at that.
PS) If you live near San Leandro -- don't eat the sausage.
Nice to know I'm thought of occasionally, even though I haven't been around much lately.

real estate question
My neighbor passed, as they say, and her estate just sold the house to a contractor. I'd like to know how much he paid -- any know how I can find out?

Aren't you the sweetie. Thank you.
I suppose I shall recover. It sucks, though, and I feel bad for all of the hardcore hockey fans out there (although I may seem hardcore to the FB, I am but a mere dilettante).

Real estate transactions are recorded and published in most parts of the country. Maybe real estate in SF isn't valuable enough to go to all that trouble.

Does your local property tax collector's office have a website? In some states, you can pull information by address from the web about recent sales, appraised values, etc.
Nosy bastard.

Your county recorder of deeds may have that info.

Any real estate agent you might know could find out pretty easily. They're always sending me stats on what houses are selling for in my area, whether they were involved in the sale or not.

There are a number of sites with online records showing the ultimate sales price of many properties. Domania.com is one -- there are others out there too, most likely.

I usually go to http://www.hcad.org/ to see how much the tax appraisal has changed to get a ball park idea.
ETA: that may not work for you if you don't live in Harris County, Texas.

Its a start. Its official. I am now a tit fanatic. I don't know when or why this change occured, but lately, I find myself looking more at the rack than the can. Is this some shit that happens routinely in your 30s, or is it just a phase?
Mind you, I'm still all about the ass, but the tits are commanding much more attention these days.
As to the picture, I want the buxom blondes' breasts with the Latin chick's head. Swap them digitally. Thanks.

Which one is "the Latin chick"? The blonde is not a butterface but I like the dark haired faces better I think also.

The price won't be available until after the closing. My neighborhood paper publishes RE transactions. Have any friends who are Realtors? They can find out for you.
