Which means that Not Me isn't from Chicago. That automatically raises its livability by a factor of about 30.

There is only one city that I know of that the citizens actually use the nickname bestowed upon it and that is Calgary, Alberta. It's nickname is Cowtown and they actually call it that there, i.e. "so when are you going to be in Cowtown?"*. Why, I don't know.
I saw the biggest ass I have ever seen in my life in Calgary (and I've seen a few asses in my time). I'm not sure if there is a connection.
*I've always found it helpful to use a sentence example, just to avoid confusion.

2 Questions:
1. Where do you live? and
2. Can I waive in from NY?

I hear citizens of Toronto have only recently started calling it "Tonto."

So, I got this PM from Slave...
Bilmore,
when you make your next visit to the Minnesota Inaternational Cultural CEnter with your two Hindu co workers, I suggest you ask the token Jew what Mockie means. Until then, shut the fuck up.

2). Good point. It just pissed me off, though, which sometimes trumps a good point.

I know the meaning. Given the context in which you used it, so do you. I think you're just pathologically unable to detect when you're offensive. Here's a clue: When you call someone "nigger", don't be surprised if they don't smile at you. There really are no ways to use some words respectfully.

Doesn't look too offensive to me.

I don't see what it has to do with scalping concert tickets, though.
