Magical powers to throw drinks? I think that means I have magical powers. At least w/r/t coffee. Whee!

I don't think all of them meant that. Why do you come on here periodically and act like you speak for all? It's very, very weird. In a bad way.

Good lord, Man. Don't open the door to a JD Drew discussion.
BTW, you now know how to increase blog hits.

Do you the Sox are paying too much for Drew and Dice combined? Was Drew's contract a way to soften Boras up?

For his sake, I hope not. I wouldn't be too happy if my agent is willing to get less money for me because he got more for another guy.

Well, if he shakes out as a top of the line pitcher in the majors, who (unlike fucking Pavano) doesn't injure himself sneezing, it definitely wasn't a bad deal. I've never seen him pitch, but they all say he has the goods. (Of course they said this about Hideki Irabu too.)
But, please note that these are the types of deals (basically $17 mil a year for 6 years) everyone has always been so mad at the Yankees for making. At the absolute very least, I will look forward to Boston fans shutting up about how much money we spend.

OK, but Dice didn't seem to care about the money nearly as much as Boras does.

They're paying too much for Drew, but because they made a mistake.

I congratulated my Boston fan friend on acquiring their very own ARod after this signing.

Cite, please? Because people I don't interact with really keep on saying this and it all traces back to one very two faced individual. Which I am not pleased about since that individual was nice to my face.

Considering that Drew, last year, was essentially Jacque Jones with a little more plate discipline and over time he's been a lot less durable than Jones, yes. Far too much.

The Yankee still spend ridiculous amounts of money, whether the Sox do too is irrelevant.
