I like them a lot too (we must stop agreeing on things). More so since I passed Silversun Liquors in Silverlake and found out the story of how they got their name. Carnavas is excellent.

I prefer the "classic" XC70, which is the wagon, but with cladding and not as high up. But i have a classic I-Pod 80GB so do not let me dissuade you from the car version of the I-Touch, certainly.

Actually do not get Burger on the subject of cladding from what he posts he hates the cladding.

I think dtb posted that she has the xc 90

I walk by Mercedes of Manhattan at lunch and man have they revamped the C and E if you have the coin you should go for one of those. Sharp.

When my girl car named LeRoy was but two months old I drove her over a median, across the bike path, and into Lake Calhoun. She needed surgery to the tune of $9,071.35.

sounds like you'd been drinking, which is a shame, because it sounds like that was a perfect opportunity to have taken out a certain bicycle rider, i mean if you'd had your wits about you enough to aim.

I don't ride on the bike paths. So, getting her off the road and onto the paths (and into the lake) is the safest thing for me.

You are the fourth person I know to have driven a vehicle into a body of water.

I have never driven a vehicle into a body of water.

ETA: When Risky Business came out, my dad drove a 1979 Porsche 928. As a result of his complete and utter horror on seeing that movie, none of his children learned to drive a stick shift until well past their teens for his fear that someone would make off with his car one weekend while he was away and drive it into a nearby lake.

It wasn't necessarily an unreasonable fear, though I'm happy to report that none of the cars, automatic or shift, ended up in a lake. There were some pretty wild parties at the house, though, when my parents were away for the weekend, which was often.

I learned the hard way that when they say it's meant for nasal use only, they really mean it. Good luck.
