Depends on what is in it for you. If it bothers his friend, then let his friend say something. If it bothers your friend, let her say something.
Why get involved.

Learning what "league" you're in is a hell of a task. You might be pleasantly surprised; you might also be devastated. Sounds like your friends are in deep denial.

Anyone else been? So much meat.

I have been to those type of restaurants. Ugh is right.
There was great article in the NYT a couple of months back about the transformation of grappa from low end to high end. (It was not just marketing - they actually changed the process.) I have always associated it with paint thinner, but this article made a compelling case that there is good stuff out there. Anyone a grappa fan? Any recs?

I hate to do this but would be a hypcrite if I didnt. This is a britassoc violation. It is superfluous, reeks of junior high and serves to potentially deter other folks from responding when I want a serious of responses so I can gauge timing. Plus, it could have been done, and waws in fact done, by email. Not personal but if I didnt point this out , people would wonder who stole my apssword.

I've always gotton it within one or two days of when they promised. So, yeah, sometimes it's one or two days late, but it does come.

I got a faster program. I give my taxes to an accountant. He charges me a fair price and I never even have to deal.
An hour is too much. I can't fill out any sort of form. I'm form dyslexic. As soon as I see boxes and addition and subtraction tables, it all blurs like a Kandinski print.

I once had Grappa in Grappa*. The Grappa wasn't good. But the local car show in Grappa wasn't bad.

I think if you have to generalize, most women are too harsh on themselves and underrate their appearances and most guys overrate their appearances.
That is what makes these women who overrate their appearances stand out so much. Most of us are the opposite in that respect.
It never cease to amaze me, though, how many bald guys with pot bellies try to hit on the prettiest woman in the room.

Did you mangle your fingers or something? You've been posting like a goddamned retard for about a week now. Are you on some eternal high from your engagement that affects your hand/eye coordination?
edit: ... and your grammar?

Its best to underestimate, but not to the point of looking insecure or self-denigrating. It ingratiates you to the target, even if its bullshit.
Ugly guys have nothing to lose. Why wouldn't they hit on everything?

Fine, like whatever. I just walked through this with an accountant after having my taxes rejected on Turbotax (because of my amzing changing birthday issue) and I did email you, but was trying to save everyone else from typing the same thing over and over again...so I was actually trying to spare others from going to the trouble of typing out when they get their refunds back that they filed with Turbotax, rather than clog up the board with personal messages....so they'd jsut say "oh, ok, she got an answer" but didn't want to go to the hassle of typing up my personal tax woes here on teh board.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.
