I blame the dearth of skilled socking on Hillary Clinton. Her evil knows no bounds.

Concur. Fantastic album.
In my car:
One More Time: The MCA Recordings, Kelly Willis
I thought I had picked What I Deserve until I took a closer look, but this is still a good album. What I Deserve is a good country album for people who don't like country music.
Rag & Bone Buffet, XTC
I don't recommend this. It's a rarities and B-sides collection. That doesn't mean it's not good, it's just anyone who would buy it has already bought it and probably on vinyl. Skylarking, Nonsuch, and Oranges and Lemons are all better recommendations.
self-titled, Elliott Smith
![](http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B00000373G.01._PE_SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg)
Contains "Needle in the Hay" which Wes Anderson used in The Royal Tennenbaums.
Either/Or, Elliott Smith
Some, but not all of the songs that appear on the Good Will Hunting soundtrack, plus other sad, acoustic songs.
Doolittle, Pixies
![](http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000002H72.01._PE17_SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg)
"Wave of Mutilation" and "Here Comes Your Man." What more do you want?
Joao Voz E Violao, Joao Gilberto
Voice and guitar from the Brazilan master. Mellow. Highly recommended.

I propose that we invoke a top secret sock, hush hush rule here. Does anyone know what committee is in charge of security concerns?

We should have just let the sun flares hit us to avoid this whole mess. Stupid protective atmosphere.

Zimbabwe is willing to serve as impartial international monitors in the disclosure and destruction of socks.
Zimbabwe understands the many difficulties which your country faces, given its history of corrupt elections and the long tradition of "reeducation" and deception practiced by your leaders. For the good of the American people, as well as certain Canadians, Zimbabwe is ready to assist you in launching "operation lots of justice". We do ask that you first obtain the appropriate resolution from the United Nations (or, failing that, a broad based coalition of Penske socks).

I had that feeling too, but with nothing productive to contribute, I was keeping it to myself.
Weird that.

I couldn't agree more.
I hate all of you socks and socketeers. Your shit is old and dull. You drive amusing thoughts (not even jokes) into Chinese water torture.
I have decided to join PLF in retirement.
Au revoir!
Edited to add:
I cannot quit because then you fucks win.
I hate you with the fire of a thousand suns.

Oh wait, wrong President. Sorry.
I am setting a deadline. Either all socking stops by Sunday at midnight or I will crash the board. I will mail bomb it out of existence. I will perform denial of service attacks until it begs on its knees for me to stop. You will be shocked and awed at what I can do.
As God is my witness, I will stop the evil doers who insist upon plaguing us with their socks. In the name of all that is holy and good.
God Bless those against the Socks. DOWN WITH SOCKS!
|
If I'm as shocked and awed at your ability to bring down a board as I was with your ability to find and kill Sadam Hussein's sock
then.....yawn. Bring on the shocking and the awing.
