Don't count on her to stay heavy with you while she's breast feeding. She may be eating big time, but the breastfeeding takes a lot of energy, and she'll drop weight like crazy at about 5-6 months out.

Just a warning so you don't look up 10 months from now and say - "okay, lets get in shape" and realize you're the only fat one.

Not that 6'4", 228 is bad.

6'4" 228 is fine. You'll find as you get older that speed goes. Rebounds start coming more from positioning and position comes from have a butt to set.
