And thanks so much for spreading the joy that is Paul Anka. What a wonderful way to show how much you love me.

I don't know - because my default presumption is to commodify sex and the fruits thereof? That is just the way I think, I suppose. It seems a little crass, that's all. Nice going, sweetie, here's your reward!

I would think that the appropriate time to buy someone a gift for having your child is the Mother's Day following the birth of the child.

Tip to whoever it was: Pawn the rolex. Unless you're in Philly, you can get more than 50 bucks for it. Buy one of RP's suggestions.

But then you can't go up to people and say:
"You see this watch? This watch cost more than your car"

Yes. Yes. I love saying that. That, and my shoes cost more than your whole wardrobe, bitch.

Thank you very much.
Michael Powell just fined our website $750,000 for that obscene picture of Janet Jackson's poonana.

Acknowledging that I'm late to the dance, but...
whatever TM's got, it makes me tick.
Just for the record, y'know.

Late to the discussion, but I bought Mrs. Hand pretty serious pieces of jewelry after each of the Little Fingers arrived. I didn't do it as some sort of payoff... I mainly did it because it was a stressful time and she wasn't feeling very good about herself then.
She loves them and wears them all the time.

Yeah, but you look great in your sharkskin double breasted suits. Especially the red one.

I may forget to pay the cable bill or clean the cat litter, but you can bet your ass I'm going to be making sure wherever I stick my bare ass is pretty damn safe and clean.

I read this post to Mrs. dL (who also knows SD) and we got into a fight about whether or not one should turn on the light when using the bathroom at night. Thanks, asshole.
