Well... lets not go thaaaat far. There is nothing wrong with being a hot little number and using your asssets to get some action from a man. Its when you do so to get hitched and ride the gravy train that it becomes loathesome.
I say this is a true hypocrite. Were I gifted with a killer rack and a nice ass, I'd probably be a Grade A mantrapper.
But I'm not. And I'm mad I've no such simple options for achieving wealth without work.
Perhaps if I actually did something I liked and gave a shit about, I'd want to do it a lot, and this would make make it "not work" and possibly even enjoyable. I raised that notion with my father by telephone this morning. He said two things:
"I told you not to move to that shithole you live in," and
"If you want money, you'll have to do things you don't like. I'd have done it differently, but I had to pay for you."
Great thing realizing the person you idolized growing up is a bigger cynic than yourself...

Besides, Dio is on the Boneyard right now. And Rio by Duran Duran was just on. So that one's stuck for awhile.

The words "taint" and "Dio" should never be used in such proximity.

Don't think of it as, you were wrong to idolize him.
Think of it as, now you know why you idolized him.

And without me the Insurgency has shrivelled and died like ovaries on the vine. You need new blood. nfh might be available if you hurry.

Do not get high and order from ITunes any of the Sabbath stuff with Dio as singer.
I was at the gym and all of the sudden I hear "The Mob Rules" on the shuffle. I almost fell off the treadmill laughing. Its all like, "And the wise man on the mountain holds his scepter high, For the beast is risen and the end is nigh!" And every third word is screeched in some faux opera-star affectation. What a fucking car wreck...
Buy the new My Morning Jacket record. Its very good. The band finally found its balls.

The name will have to be changed, but otherwise it works reasonably well.

Sebby,
Saw Weezer the other night. Excellent show (Hot Hot Heat/Weezer/Foo Fighters). Rivers was in a good mood and they played mainly old stuff (only 3 from the new album). Started with My Name Is Jonas and went from there. The only part that made me sad was when they pulled someone from the crowd up to play The Sweater Song on acoustic guitar and it wasn't Mr Man. He would have done a much better job with it, as he used to perform it all the time with his Dallas band. Sigh.

That song never goes bad. Shit, the Blue Album never goes bad. I listen to Jonas about once a day (its that tune that seems to repeat on the shuffle all the time). Did they do any strange stuff like "Slob" or "Getchoo"?
I was listening to Maladroit the other day and it finally danwed on me that Dope Nose is a play on words (Dope Knows). Am I the last American to get this?
