The most sense I can make of this metaphor has me playing the role of Hank's pimp. Which I am cool with.

My new year's resolution was to be nice, and never make insulting or hurtful posts. Calling me petulant now is merely showing that you are out of date as to current posting styles.

You need to learn to talk your product up, both to increase market demand and to build up my confidence.

The converse weapon, that's the shoe
That lets Magic do what he was born to do
The weapon's the shoe of Mark Aguire
When I wear weapons I'm on fire
What do the weapons do for King?
I can do just about anything
What did the weapons do for me? (Larry Bird)
I walked away with the MVP.
I know I'm missing one here, someone help me out.

My new favorite phrase
Heard on Marketplace, in a piece about people who are suddenly single and need everything and end up going to Ikea: "romantically disenfranchised."
I'm gonna use that from now on instead of spinster.

Career Day For Feminists & Wingnuts
Hank ran wild at his junior high's career day and told the kiddies about stripping. According to Hank, stripper's can make up to $250,000 a year. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...AG94APTGB1.DTL

I can't believe you don't remember the rest:
"C'mon, fucking the dog
That's right, I'm fucking the dog
You're never done 'till you do it like I said
You've got no one to love, I'm just fucking the dog
Fuck, fuck, fucking the dog"

Shit. I do this sort of thing all the time, and y'all have seen how I type/spell. So far no one has tried to kill me over it (well... there was that incident with the falling piano...).
It shouldn't be a problem as long as you are nice about it and she knows you well enough to know that you have her best interests in mind. Or she knows that, like me, you are an insufferable know-it-all who can't help yourself. If she doesn't know you that well, or you could in anyway be considered her boss, you might want to consider if it is worth stressing her out about.

Email her this link of the 100 most mispronounced words from a fake account. It's actually pretty informative. Some of the errors are obvious (ask pronounced "aks") but others are not so easy.

Um, she could in pretty much every way be considered my boss. I'm definitely not the boss of her.
Her word is, alas, not on Diane's list.

Um... that guy has hair. And is ripped. And excessively tattoed. None of these things are consistent with the Slave legend, are they?
Although the small bulge might be appropriate...
