Any man or woman who is too shallow to see that none of those things compares to what you get in return (I'm not referring to those who choose not to have kids for other reasons and there's NWWT) has something seriously wrong with them and shouldn't be having kids anyway.

Plus, the stretch marks fade........right??????

It's difficult for me to wrap my brain around this hypo, but I think that the hypothetical me would do it, assuming the procedure were as commonplace for men as birth is for women, no more, no less, and my child wouldn't be freakish as a result of em's unorthodox entry into the world.
