Wrong Flower. Only the will and divine hand of the Lord will tell. Instead of posting here or doing assaerobics there, NotMe should repent his sinful ways and answer the clarion of the Lord.

What this board is witnessing is satan’s attempt to counteract the affects of the lifelong and unrelenting voice of God exhorting NotMe to the path of the righteous. Satan’s evil has infected and perverted the Lord’s message in NotMe’s head and he rebels. Here. I suggest we all look within our hearts and pray for this lost sheep, that he answer the call of the Lord and find eternal peace.

Amen.

Well, I never actually claimed to know you. I mean, this is an anonymous internet chat board, and you are (at least as far as we know so far) just a long time lurker, first time poster type of newber. I was really just commenting on my impressions of you as being a really tense and kind of negative person. I speculated that you might be watching too much TV and that you might not get outside and run around enough, but you tell me that that is not the case and I believe you because you have no reason to lie about this. But, I do suggest that you try to figure out what has got you feeling all angry and buzzkilly, because it is not healthy. Even with your ass exercises, the stress that I sense you are feeling is probably doing terrible things to your heart and immune system. I even read an article where some people who exercise a lot are in worse health then if they did not exercise much at all because they were so stressed about making their exercise schedule. You need to find something that relaxes you and try to put all the negativity behind you or you are bound for an early grave, not to be morbid or anything.
You're dead right. I used to be a rather tense negative person, but ever since I slowed down and became a laid back negative person, I've felt remarkably better.

The clarion thing may work. I'm just saying that a little kayaking probably couldn't hurt either.

You gotta try the assaerobics. It works wonders. If I can do them while driving, I am sure that you can do them while kayaking.

you should try and read happier things, unless you don't exercise or exercise on a free form spur of the moment thing. otherwise you'll just keep worrying yourself.

confidential: I bought melt Banana on your recommendation and put it on my MP3 player for a metronome kayaking. i couldn't keep up the pace. Do they have an accoustic slower thing?

As I mentioned earlier, I don't actually kayak, althought I have been meaning to. Maybe we can start kayaking together and form a little cyber pen pal relationship about our kayaking experiences. I think that would be very relaxing and lead to positivity.

As for the ass exercises, I was never against them. They sound like a good idea, kind of like the exercises they tell you to do on international flights.

I've been looking for a kayak club. You on IM? What's your handle?

This is a good point. I do sometimes get tense about fitting in workouts, and reading this article just had the effect of making me tense about my workout anxiety, which was a whole new level of tenseness that I absolutely did not need, I can tell you that right now.

confidential reply: I think Melt Banana is probably better for different sporting activities, like jumping about up and down really fast in a semi-out of control manner. For kayaking, I would recommend something like Outkast or maybe some bluegrass.

It would be a shame to lose that.

That is all.
