You are walking around The Point (or whatever) (I think that is in NYC) -- whole different ball of earwax.

Anyway, while the actor who played Pacey may be Canadian, was the character himself Canadian? Because if we're imputing the underlying reality to the show, they were in NC and a turtleneck would probably suffice most of the time. I mean, you'd be chilly, and sometimes outright cold, but it wouldn't DAMAGE you as long as you didn't stay out too long.

I also think that if you ask everyone on the board who has had the pleasure of meeting the hairless consig, that they are mostly in agreement that the resemblance (not just in his face but also to the voice and personality) is scary uncanny. Maybe the bloat is throwing you off?

Edited to note that McDowell is from Jersey, and his accent, while annoying doesn;t quite have that hot dog vendor at Shea Stadium quality to it.
