Depends whom you ask.

If you ask a Jew (an observant one, or a strictly-by-the-book one), the answer is the kid is a Jew (no amount of water dripping will change the fact.) Even a child born of a Jewish mother who is uncircumsised is still Jewish (like, for the 8 days before he's circumsised, or more if there's some kind of health risk). It doesn't matter how many people do or don't watch -- that doesn't factor into it at all.

It must not be coming across right bc seems to me that leagl bowing out right when she attempted to attack how I came to my conclusions (which is how I explain my position to her since she is very all or nothing "pc or bust") and failed was just as six year old to me. so call it quid. I know I sound like SD at the moment, but I hope you get the gist.
