Was Chris Rock wrong?

The newest fitness craze from the UK and Australia? Poledancing.

Aside from the fat-burning advantages of learning how to pole-dance, adherents are leaving classes feeling sexier and more self-confident.
Rumor is that clear-heeled shoes come gratis with successful completion of the course.

First the BMW post, now this. Stripperobics has been offered at Crunch for about 2 years now. Get with the program.

Western Conference Confidence

new poll on espn.com shows the strong feelings that the Western Conference finals are the NBA finals- at least so far-

actually i think this just went up this morning, so this is how people in the east feel. The imbalance will probably get worse as the day wears on.

Indeed. The medicine ball that trainer Dolph keeps throwing at me is becoming somewhat threadbare, and the "Concrete ankleweights" always did chafe. Time to move on to the new fitness techniques.

Have fun RT.

I'll be hanging around as needed, but I doubt she'll need much help.

Meanwhile, if you want to get in touch with me, let one of the other Admins know, or im me at leagl_eaze at yahoo. I wouldn't use the leagleaze email address. I won't be checking it much. info@lawtalkers.com I've handed over to RT.

If you post something to me chances are good I won't see it. If I happen to be around I'll respond, but you are better off with im. You can try PM too I guess.
We will miss you too.

They suck. That's the fun part. Well, reading the firm internal email satire is the fun part, but the real ones satisfy my morbid curiosity.
If it was the Holland & Knight DC e-mail, it is posted here on the DC board. I'm not aware of any good Boston e-mails floating around right now. Anyone?

They have cardio Dominatrix classes as well...

It was so twisted and perverted I had to watch the whole class.

Twice.

I saw a young lady wearing these on the street the other day. Having seen the Chris Rock special it was all I could do not to burst out laughing.

Either she hasn't seen it, is off duty, or considering where I saw her she was working her "other" job...

The Bachelor

Ok, I watched last night for the first time this season. I thought Trish came off pretty well at the bitch fest known as The Women Speak Out or whatever. That Susie brat is idiotic and I think that came through pretty clearly (though maybe middle america missed it). I thought it was interesting that they didn't have Jesse (San Antonio lawyer chick who was made to look creepy with the arm touching or whatever) speak at all after she circulated the e-mail saying how fake everything was.

Problem was, Trish's big points were totally wiped out in the next hour when she did the pathetic and lame follow the guy thing (I'm sure at the producers' behest). Way to let the producers cast you as the psycho stalker chick. Good move.

Oh, and, Mandy is Katy-riffic!

Are you kidding? I bet those kids sign away their rights at the cattle call. They're owned whether they win or lose at the first audition. I'm sure they're making some cash off of William Hung as we speak.
