Heh. The ultimately unsuccessful "Battle Red Day" at Reliant Stadium this on Sunday was sponsored by Haliburton.

I almost bought one of the tee shirts for my pinko-commie sister in San Francisco.

Can't happen. All the empirical evidence shows that the majority of public schools in metropolitan areas of the US vastly exceed any performance metrics that have been devised to date. They are perfect, no need to look outside that box.

I may have a few items she'd be interested in.

Too bad -- that would have been a good use of the youthful appearance of Mr. dtb.

I had another idea (not too racy), copied from a Halloween where a friend of mine and I dressed up as a gorilla and a banana. It was pretty funny.

I was the banana.

Yeah. Perhaps.

Although, let me add that you are free to supplement the institutional bureaucracy's teaching methods and materials any way you see fit, so your response is somewhat lame.*

*As usual.

The other good news is that 115 in the desert feels the same as 100. More good news is that everything is cheap as hell because all the pussies can't take the heat, even though all you do is sit by or in the pool or play golf in the morning when it's only 90 degrees.

The bad news is, if you go for a hike and don't carry and drink a gallon of water, you will die. It's so hot that you don't even know how much you're sweating because it evaporates off your skin without you even realizing it.

The other bad news (depending on who you are) is, there are no black people and everyone there is to the right of Coulter.

A friend of mine went to college at ASU and he had a 4x4 that he sometimes went off-roading with his friends in. One time he got stuck in the middle of nowhere and the only guy who came along for hours gave him and a jewish friend a lift. When they were in the truck (complete with shotgun rack, of course), he said something along the lines of "I don't mind jews too much, but you're lucky you don't have no niggers with ya because I wouldn't have even stopped to give you boys water."

TM
The first time I went to PHX, I sat on the sidewalk in front of Marie Callenders and burned my ass. Enough said

I actually suggested this. The H of the H/W team didn't even know who K-Fed was.

Yes. He lives in a cave.
