Can't happen. All the empirical evidence shows that the majority of public schools in metropolitan areas of the US vastly exceed any performance metrics that have been devised to date. They are perfect, no need to look outside that box.

I had another idea (not too racy), copied from a Halloween where a friend of mine and I dressed up as a gorilla and a banana. It was pretty funny.

When they were in the truck (complete with shotgun rack, of course), he said something along the lines of "I don't mind jews too much, but you're lucky you don't have no niggers with ya because I wouldn't have even stopped to give you boys water."
