I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that he used the run-on sentence as a rhetorical device (or a foil (if you will)) to help emphasize or underscore the hilarity inherent in a post about there being a lack of good commas these days much as I am using this run-on sentence as a comedic prop to demonstrate the sad state of what passes for humor on the boards these days. IYKWIMAITYD.

Here is a tip for anyone who might be interested. I have had an on-and-off headache for the past few weeks. Exercise-induced. Pain in the ass. Or the head, as it were. Nothing was working long-term. Not Advil, not naproxen, not herbs. Not even lots and lots of sex (including blow jobs) I have, however, managed to cure it. By standing on my head! A minute in the morning and a minute in the evening, and headache is gone. Just fyi.

What do you mean by exercise-induced? Partly because I'm an idiot and don't know, and partly because it seems like sex would be more exercise.

here is an article about it. It is a headache that comes on during exercise and won't go away. Then you rest and it goes away, but then it comes back when you work out again. So the simple answer would be "don't work out" but I am a slave to my fitness routine.
