Switches and outlets are so obscenely easy that I am ashamed at having spent money to replace switches when I first bought Fugee Manor.
1. Buy the little tester thing at Home Depot to make sure you have wired the outlet right, including the grounding. It costs about $4.
2. If your circuit box is properly grounded and you have metal outlet boxes, you don't need to add green wires to ground your outlets (if, for example your house, like the Manor, was built before grounded outlets were used). Screwing the outlet into the box will ground it. I learned that after doing about half the outlets and fighting to attach the green wire to the box.
2. If more than one black wire comes into the outlet box, you need to break this little tab on the outlet or you will have too much power and blow circuits. This little fact is not in the Home Depot books or the other wiring book I bought. It was learned the hard way.

I am pretty loyal to Benjamin Moore but I would consider cheating on him with Devine Paints for the right color.

Thank you.* Now if only Amber the paralegal would come to her senses, too.**
* No offense, mmm. Fuck, what am I saying? Yes, offense was intended, you wannabe slumlord bastard.
** Unlike Kip the Republican, I do not want to cheat on my trophy bride with her. I just want to be able to --- discreetly! -- mentally undress her without picturing her and Kip in the reverse cowgirl. Eww.

You are so cute how you don't know these things. Take the chip to the Benjamin Moore dealer and ask to have that color matched in Benjamin Moore paint.
Truly, the finish is like velvet.

As a matter of fact, we used Devine Paint colors for all of the rooms in our house, and had the local paint shop mix Benjamin Moore to match the color.

People, People, People!!! (not directed only at Fugee)
1. Pick whatever color paint you want, no matter how crappy the quality.
2. Take the "chip" or whatever to your local Janovic or hardware store.
3. Have them mix the color you want from a high-quality paint manufacturer (I happen to like Benjamin Moore).
Voila!!
(or as my 6-year-old says... Wa-la!)
(Could someone tell me how to make lists appear pretty, with the text all blocked and shit?)

Apparently very easy. Years ago, my very un-handy roommate did it in our old apartment. Alas, the new thermostat did not work with our old wiring so we had to go back to the old one. (Yes, he installed it correctly. We had a friend come over who is in the business to check it out.)
How easy is it to swap out light fixtures? I hate the ones I have in the living room and bathroom. The only electrical work I've done is swapping out the face plates on the switches and outlets.

Rarely, but occasionally. Not Bob's nemesis was probably born sometime in the 1950s-1970s, which sounds about right for a Republican partner paralegal schtupper.

I once worked at a camp with a guy named Kip Smith (from the Main Line). Safe bet that he is a Republican.

Ohmigod! That's my brother!
He came out about 7 years ago. He lives with his life-partner, Corey, and their weimeranner, Mollie. He's an architect and still finds time to play squash once a week.
Oh, and he voted for Kerry.
He is definitely not a republican.

The guy who painted our bedroom said that Sherwin Williams was crraaap. And so is Kelly Moore.
He would only paint if we bought the Benjamin Moore. Hm. I wonder if they're related? Benjamin's awful stepchild?

I said sex, not marriage.
And given the election results, I'm in high demand, so you'll have to get in line. But you're funny, so I'll bump you up.

I was told on Tuesday that it's never too early to start drinking.
