Thanks.
The first volume of Bob Dylan's Chronicles is a pretty good read.

Good one!! Ha! You alaways were so witty. Anyway, I for one look forward to see whether you can keep your (bratty six year old stomping feet) word about never bieng in a bar with me or if you will not be able to resist the Grand Absurdists Insurgents (Unshaved) Ball? Does that weekend work for you (and others) or should we reschedule so you and Gwnk and whoever can also make it? I hear Abba is bringing her piano bench and RP is brining her gaping gash.

Can someone help a brother out?
I got an email that included the word "incentivize" in it last night. It was baked right in.

Appropos of this, I really enjoy TaxWonk catch-up days.

Good to see you, Wonk.
While I was a burn-out, I never worked at Friendlys. And I had a full beard, not a trailer park moustache. For a good comparison, think of Hyde on That 70's Show. Mrs. Wonk swears he is an exact replica.

And yet she married me anyway.

That would make it too salty. Sebby will be a difficult enough conquest as it is.

Yay, it will be moist, tender and full of flavor.

OK, I don't care for myself, but I figure better that way than dry, tough and bland.

Moist moist moist moist. I can't remember who hates that word, but it's Friday.

No, no, no, she brines her lemons with sugar.

(As an aside, salt also brings out melons' sweetness.)

JFC, she brines her lemons with a COMBINATION of sugar AND salt.

All old but one, but there's no reason to not read a book that may be a bit dusty...

It's an old one, and a semi-boring movie was made from it, but to my favorite novel is Remains of the Day
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...books&n=507846

The author, Kazuo Ishiguro, is a Japanese guy raised in England. All of his books have this surreal edge to them (not really true of ROTD).

And Nobody's Fool and all other Richard Russo books are really great-

and Post Office by Charles Bukowski is great

and the novel of Sideways is pretty good and different from the movie.

That show is intolerable, but Hyde is sexy, so your wife seems to be paying you a compliment.
