Chesney-Zellweger
So Rene lists the reason for divorce as "fraud."
Zellweger released a statement Friday saying that "fraud" was "simply legal language and not a refection of Kenny's character."
"I would personally be very grateful for your support in refraining from drawing derogatory, hurtful, sensationalized or untrue conclusions," Zellweger said. "We hope to experience this transition as privately as possible."
As I recall, fraud means "an intentional perversion of the truth." How is that not a reflection of Kenny's character? Irreconcilable differences not good enough?

not a reason for divorce. a reason for annulment. like there has to be a good reason to get an annulment and this is one of the traditional bases. Please refrain from drawing derogatory, hurtful, sensationalized or untrue conclusions.
I expected the late to report part, but I figured you would do better in the accuracy department. taking a lesson or two from cnn.com?

I had your name-dropping back. If we both know someone well who knows him, is it one degree of separation or two?

People contacted Hollywood divorce attorney Sorrell Trope, who said, "If fraud is checked that means a promise was made before the marriage, but the person who made it had no intention of keeping it. The promise has to pertain to the heart of the marriage.
Anyone know what the real reason is?

Stop in if you're in Philly. We'll do lunch. I know a great place where we can sit outside and get drinks... right next to a K through 8th grade private school, so we can check out all the cellulite free ladies.
The uniforms are killer. Grey and green glen plaid - bobs up and down when they run - mesmerizing. I've drooled Heineken and basil infused olive oil slurry into my goat cheese salad many times watching them pull on their backpacks...
"Oh yeh, pull your arms way back. Chest out. Goood posture..."
"What are you mumbling, Sebastian? Sebastian! How do you plan to get past that summary judgment motion?"
"Excuse me (wiping lip)... cold medication. You understand. Terrible allergies this time of year... Good idea. Yes, we should file a summary judgment motion..."
"Sebastian, are you humming 'Girl, You'll be a Woman Soon'?"

That phrasing is apparently often used when one of theparties is gay or there are other sexual issues. But the original rumor was that she wanted kids, thought he did, too, but he did not.

In US law, an annulment is a decree that a marriage was invalid from its outset. Anyone seeking an annulment on the grounds of "fraud" must prove that their partner misrepresented some matter that was vital to the marriage.
This may include the concealment of a fact such as an existing spouse, permanent impotence or a criminal history. If either party was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the marriage took place, it may also be grounds for its annulment.
In her court submission, Zellweger also demanded that the court rule out the possibility of spousal financial support for Chesney.
OK, I say it was permanent impotence.
But I've been told, now, that it was something to do with cooking and cleaning and staying at home like a good wife.

I don't find the points made by people who open their posts "You are stupid" to be terribly interesting. Especially when they miss the point. So you lost me at "crazy". Besides, whats the point of arguing someone who can never admit he is wrong? it just winds up bieng some tedious battle of attrition creating a scrollby highway ending up in the words "yankees rule and not bc of their stupendous payroll"

Its the pain of realizing that you'll never have enough of those asses... its the realization that you were built to screw as many of those perfect asses as you can, careen through the first forty years of your life gobbling every pleasure you can and explode like a vase hitting a tile floor just when you get too old for the game... when your seed has been sown, when all the ya yas worth getting out have been gotteen out...
but...
Medical advances and societal strictures have instead flipped the game on you. You somehow turned from Bob Guccione into Ned Fester, professional waiting-to-die guy...
"Did you put enough away for junior's college fund?" "Love the Audi, Ned!"
Those asses represent you living like tomorrow was a rumor, instead of wondering while you clip ear hair whether you have enough life insurance. Keith Richaards to Willie Loman in less time than the average white collar crime sentence.
You always want those asses. When you don't, check your pulse.

I have a pulse, but I still don't like Jessica's ass from the back when she is bent over at the waist.

_______ should be on the cover of playboy after she recovers from her next boobjob. I believe she wants a "teardrop silicon boobjob", which amused me bc iI thoguht that was FB lingo, not standard. During this boobjob recovery time, she will dump Bad Teeth.
Maggie is probably a pretty decent person.
I dont get your sig line.
