That thing still works - although I never use it.
TM has hardwoods and carpeting that he hates. I also believe that he has neither pets nor excess body hair, and am fairly sure that he doesn't walk straight into his apartment from the beach. An expensive vacuum would be a waste of money.
Also, bagless vacuums are not better or easier to use. Emptying the dirt cup is messy and you have to do it often. To avoid getting a faceful of dust, you have to wrap a plastic trash bag tightly around the cup as you dump it out, and then slowly remove the cup from the loose bag of dust. Can any of you see TM doing this? And obviously this process cancels out any benefits that may come from the fact that the vacuum has a HEPA filter or whatever other bullshit feature. HEPA without a bag --that does not make sense.

Look, puppy. I am the queeen of frickin' high end and what did I recommend? Hoover Wind Tunnel or whatever it is--yeah it has a HEPA filter but it is efficient and sells at Wal Mart for very cheap.
I think I am agreeing with you. oh god. somebody hold me.

Enough. This joke is beyond dead and it was only funny because you thought it was true the first 18 times you mentioned it. After the 56th time you use it, it no longer makes you look self-deprecating.* Now it just makes you look retarded. Although we're all glad you may have finally seen the light with regard to your looks' affects on men, you need to find a new joke.
TM
*When was the last time you heard "deprecating" used without the word "self?" It's a perfectly good word. It's not fair that it has zero independence.

A sad, constant bid for attention?
Pain medication? What a wuss. I can't stand people who can't properly kill themselves.

The NYC grime and dust and dirt made, for me, a $400-500 vacuum worth it. The Miele sucks like you wouldn't believe* and that HEPA filter made a difference, too.
*insert GWNC joke here?

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A former handyman from North Providence who won more than $400,000 in a lawsuit over a malfunctioning penile implant may not get the money after a judge dismissed his claim.
Superior Court Judge Edward C. Clifton on Monday granted a request by the implant manufacturer's insurer to dismiss Charles "Chick" Lennon's claim, which his lawyers say will amount to $1 million with interest included.
The implant has caused Lennon to have an erection for 10 years.

The late model turned private eye chick, played by Keira Knightly in the movie?

TSA
I have learned that if you don't have ID when you go to the airport, all you need to do is tell security that you really, really don't have any form of ID, and they'll let you through. Show up early, though. You're going to get searched.
