How in hell was that nasty piece of admittedly sophomoric observation humor a form of prejudice?

Smoking does age you faster. It is the saggy skin problem. Was it the FB that discussed this at some time in the past, with the pictures of saggy smokers butts, or did I get that from one of my (irl) friends? Ah, who can remember...
Of course excessive drinking can have effects on one's looks as well.
That is why I suggest a regimen of moderate use of several vices. No one will be able to pinpoint exactly which vice is leading to your gradual decline.
Edited to say that my nose isn't as red as my Avatar in real life. Lest anyone accuse me of overindulging in the al-key-hawl

Anyway, I gotta say what the fuck to this. What a fucked up thing to burn more calories by faking. Perhaps this is why some women are skinny???

I call bullshit (whoever said that is fun to write is co-RECT, sir!). There's no way it burns that many calories. When doing a spin class for 45 minutes burns only, what, 400 calories? (I'm just estimating from what I've read on those charts that tell you how much physical activity burns how many calories, and of course, YMMV), "doing it" cannot burn that much. No freakin' way.

Bilmore, you are a genius!
We need to make this idea into a book: "the LawTalkers Weight Loss plan." We'll include some stupid recipes and nutrition information, but the real plan is faking orgasms while watching tv.
Imagine the infomercials!

Here's where they probably got it from:

And why not look it up at work...I've already got so many porn spams coming (unintended, but totally predictable, pun) to my work email, one more naughty website won't be noticed.
Edited to add Spree: no pictures, just numbers. Sounds much like sex in the Hathaway house. Just the facts, ma'am.

Nomad v. iPod
I had my Nomad II since first year of law school (so, I guess that makes it about 4 years) and never had any problems with quality (and I dropped the thing several times on the treadmill). I was just not willing to spend the extra money for Apple's supposed quality and "image." (Apple users are just plain geeky--not the image I am shooting for, thank you very much). For the cost of a 20 GB iPod, I could get the 60 GB Nomad (no this is not a geeky statement). If you buy the Best Buy protection plan ($39), you can get a brand new one for up to 2 yrs (unless the screen is completely smashed in). I didn't opt for it since I have renter's insurance that would cover it.
Supposedly the big issue with both the iPod and the Nomad is the battery. After a certain number of charges, the thing dies and there is a rumor that you have to buy a whole new player. Creative's website seems to say that they will replace the battery, so I don't know if this is just urban legend, but I have to believe that if my battery dies there is someone out there who can get me a new one.

Exactly. Additionally, the original quote was that the *orgasm itself*, and not the physical act of doing the sex, burned 112 calories. I can see burning 112 calories during a nice long and acrobatic session of bumping uglies. But for the orgasm itself? No. And the figure of 350 calories to fake it is even more ricockulous. Plus, if you swallow, your intake goes up by, what, 93 calories (according to Cosmo, I think)?

Perhaps prejudice was not exactly the right word. Frankly, I don't care what you say here or anywhere because I skip over the non-funny parts of your posts. I was just pointing out (as a response to Coltrane) that I would not like to live in a world where people don't have some sort of filtering mechanism in their head.

Speaking of which, look what the U.S. Patent Office has been up to.
"BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
This invention regards a dietary supplement formulation that significantly improves the taste of the male ejaculate.
While certain ingredients have previously been believed in "urban-myth" fashion to improve semen taste, there has never been a precedent for any formulation developed or marketed for this purpose. Further these urban myths, while containing a grain of truth, required that a full year of investigation and research and development, and almost an additional year of market testing be conducted prior to successfully establishing the most effective formulation and concentration of specific ingredients to produce the optimal results ultimately achieved.
These optimal results were discovered only after experimenting with certain freeze-dried fruit and vegetable powders combined with specific spices. Certain vitamins and minerals were additionally added to replenish in the male those nutrients lost via ejaculation.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
This invention regards a novel and unobvious dietary supplement formulation of relatively specific ratios of fruits, vegetables, and spices that when ingested by the male results in a significant improvement to the taste of the male ejaculate by reducing its generally salty and/or bitter taste while also adding a pleasant flavor that is considered by 98.5% of all customers as very enjoyable.
This formulation of ingredients can take many product forms including but not limited to a drink powder, tablet, chewable tablet, or capsule form."

GWNC,
Gotcha. I live with a filter on all day listening to people bullshit around truths, so when I can, in a forum such as this, lay the truth down directly, its refreshing. I understand the need to remain civilized - lord knows I can't say half of what I'd like to most people even though its 100% true and should be said.
I guess I just view this place and others as an open channel to allow my inner Holden Caulfield to tell it like it is.
S(I like to let the id run free a bit here from time to time)D
