Why not split the baby and do separate competitions for distance and number?
They should also do an extreme sports version where a pitching machine pitches golf balls and Sosa, Griffey, et al. use aluminum bats.

I know lack of consistency is part of your schtick, but weren't you the one saying that home runs are boring? Golf balls and aluminum bats? You may as well fire the damn things out of a cannon.
If anyone's interested, I hear seats in the upper deck behind home plate are going for $200 (cowbell not included). I think I'll do laundry instead.

I think I'll go watch the cement dry on my street. I've been looking forward to having pavement again for six months.

Does anyone else look at this chick and hear Janice from Friends? Or are all of you too damn cool to admit to seeing that show. Fucking elitists.

You misunderstand. Sebby's simply advocating that we really test the boundaries of Assumption of Risk, and simultaneously introduce a new wrinkle to the now rich fabric of reality TV. Who wouldn't want to watch that?

You're right, which is why I said "probably". It seemed logical to me to suggest the person with the most in number would have the most in distance, even without being a baseball fanatic. One extra home run could make up for at least 300-400 feet less distance.

Haven't you heard? It's all the rage in Hollywood these days to saw your head off and attach it to a stripper's body before hitting the clubs for a big night out.

Oh.My.God.Chandler.Bing.
2 things - in order to avoid the washing of the dishes last night, I watched "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" It's kind of brutal. Last night they had the women go out and get wedding dresses, come home in a limo, get pulled over and told to leave one woman behind. The daughters of this guy (dad) had to pick one woman to just leave in front of this chapel and she was picked up in a hoopty taxi with cans on the back and a sign that said "Just Dumped."
Later in the evening the women had to write their wedding vows in order to be selected for the dinner date. 2 women were taken to the garage for their "lie detector tests" a la that movie I can't remember the name of. They asked both women if they loved the dad and one daughter asked if she preferred dating younger men, to which she responded "yes." She got the boot. Kind of entertaining show in a train wreck kind of way.
Have not yet seen the new "For Love or Money" with the twist of 2 women competing for men and the Rachel bitch from the last show being one of them. Anyone?

London lawyer gets £1M in sex harassment settlement arising from one incident; decides to take the money and run to Australia, where there is no such thing as sexual harassment.
That's two million bucks for "nice tits" and a little drunken dirty talk. Meanwhile, in an alternate universe called the "Ninth Circuit," you can actually grab those Brit tits once without fear, because it's not severe and/or pervasive. Go figure.
