I think Slave has some nice recipes. Think Southwestern.

RP's suggestion is about as good of one that I can think of. I've been confronted with cat issues recently. Cats that will not defoul your home are cheap and plentiful, and it seems a shame that they will be put to death while the intransigent ones get to live. Having said that, I don't think most vets will put a cat down upon request. I think you have to drop them off at a shelter or the pound, and I can't bring myself to do that.
As far as the hunting is concerned, keep a cat indoors as a kitten. I have heard that while the stalking, pouncing, etc. is instinctive behavior for a cat, the actual hunting and killing trend more towards learned behavior, passed on from the mother to the kittens.
I'm not sure I buy that completely. We once had a half Siamese, half Burmese that was raised indoors as a kitten but was a ferocious hunter in his prime. Birds, rodents, rabbits, squirrels, snakes - if it moved and was in our neighborhood, he brought the carcass home. Cats will be cats.

I do have a litter box. The shoe and luandry stuff is payback for not letting them go outside.

You shouldn't. My three cats are siblings and their mother died when they were four weeks old (got into a cat fight). Once they were mobile they turned into killing machines. It took a great deal of effort to keep them alive after their mother died, so I am not going to put them under now.

I was wondering what the origin of your moniker is. I suspect that you just needed something to log in with and had the Little Rascals on at the time. You might have easily have been "Moe" or "Ted Baxter". Or is there a more subversive reason?
I assume the avatar is tied to the name and is not a reflection on your personilyty or online persona, if you will. And what is the meaning of "For What Its Worth"? We need to sex that up a little. ITs a litte dry.

How old are they? Maybe they're trying to avenge their mother's death and are training on the birds and mice.

Spanky has always been a term I have used in conversation to refer to people whose name I had forgotten and to imply that the use of their name, or remembering their name, was not that important. For example, "Spanky at the DMV told me that..... " I usually use it to refer to someone who is dating or used to date someone I am currently dating. For example, "have you seen spanky recently?".
I kind of like "For What Its Worth". And as far as sexing it up, sex is the last thing that comes to my mind when I think of this board.
