I agree. which makes it all the more impressive I can afford all the label obsessing name dropping clothes/bags/shoes/bras/shirts that I buy for myself, my kids etc. Think about it, house, 2 cars, expenses, gas/oil/commutation, plus luxury goods? top 2% indeed. None of those things (whiteness, marital status, parental status/quality, employment status) is a measure of goodness of a person. I don't think you really believe that - certainly no one (well, I think this is true) in the circle of cool that is lawtalkers and its environs (the oval of oafishness, iyw) would use any of those things as a measure of the goodness of a person.

Perhaps you didn't mean to imply that, but that's how it translates.
