No. And what Sebby said.

Well, I knew what she looks like now, because I saw the Today show bit. I was just confused as to whether or not she could have changed her appearance so much from the 90's. Really, I do my best to ignore these sorts of tv commentators.
Ps. That is an awful picture. Pasty and waxy. The photographer and/or make-up artist should be shot.

Believe it or not, that was on of the best available. I was trying to be kind. She does not photograph well and yes, should sue the makeup artist for distress for having to wear the absolute wrong shade of lipstick and way too much of it.
She wears a ton of St. John and now I am reminded that she also "represented" Amber Frey. She can sure sniff them out.

she gives me the chills and makes me thankful I work with deal attys she has beady eyes like a ferret and looks like a cadaver. all the money she is raking in she could pay for a better makeup artist, a facialist, botox and some plastic surgery and some less severe hair extensions. damn.

Unless they've got some technology to stuff the drumstick with the other drumsticks, that's got to be the most boring part of a terducken.

The potential lawsuit. But yeah. She wants Michael Richards to meet with her clients and a retired judge to see how much money he should pay them.
Check out the video, apparently a lot more was said before the video started rolling.
Go to MSNBC.com and click on 'Today' video: 'Kramer' targets tell their story.

I watched the video which is actually called "Michael Richards apology not enough."
First of all, he said more shit, which we didn't get to hear. Stuff like, "I'm so rich I can have you arrested" and "When I wake up tomorrow, I'll still be rich and you'll still be a nigger."
Second of all, the two young men being interviewed seem like intelligent, reasonable young men. They conducted themselves well in telling their side of the story.
Thirdly, I don't like that they and Gloria Allred are inventing this fake lawsuit because they have no actual legal recourse. I know you want to punish him and take advantage of the situation, but even though this is the American way, trying to extract money for his attempt at belittling you shifts the focus from him to you. And that's a shame.
For all the people out there saying shit like, "If it was a black comedian and he had said similar racist things to white people, it wouldn't have been a big deal" (and there are a lot of those people), you empower them. You can't get paid for everything that happens to you. Trying to use the media to pressure him into giving you money is almost as cheap as his outburst. Well, not almost. But it's pretty cheap. Ask him to donate to the United Negro College Fund or something and keep your self respect.
That said, fuck Richards. He's a piece of shit.

I'm sure this has been addressed, but there is no lawsuit. They want him to voluntarily appear before a retired judge, apologize formally to the target of his rant and agree to pay whatever the judge thinks they deserve.

He's thinking about it from two perspectives, a minority's and a fellow entertainer's. As a minority, he was offended and said Richards had some explaining to do. As a businessman and fellow entertainer, he was wondering out loud just how he could have chosen the worst time to spew anti-anybody slurs. It's like, did you learn anything from Mel Gibson's experience with this?
And Sinbad's interview (I think I saw it on CNN.com yesterday -- you can probably still find it in the video search feature) was very, very good.

A proper result would be the retired judge forcing Richards to fuck Gloria Allred in a well lit room.

When was the last time "Sinbad" and "very, very good" appeared in the same sentence?

I was pretty sure the order would involve Richards hanging upside down from a tree with a fork in his ass.

Even Gloria's not stupid enough to file here. The SLAPP counter-suit would be a slam-dunk.

I think he deserves worse.
BTW... Where the fuck does the fork thing come from? I don't recall any references to forks in the literature I've read regarding lynchings.

She's not filing anywhere. That she came up with this idiotic demand that Richards pay something in mediation indicates she's done the research and properly recognized that, even for a unprincipled whore who'd lie and turn a sordid affair into a media spectacle to goose her fading shrew image, this just ain't a case.
