Is that the enormous sedan? That will hold 2 carseats in back, with room for a larger kid in the middle?

I like Thora. She was in Ghost World. She was a brunette then. She's cute both ways.

A cow's different than a cat or horse. Cats and horses are capable of affection and such. Cows are fucking useless.

I think this is the dumbest reason to not eat something ever. Are you telling me that if chickens and cows looked at you with loving eyes and followed you around and wagged their tails at you, you wouldn't eat them? Bullshit. People don't eat horses and dogs and cats because they're cute. If kittens were delicious I would eat them every chance I got and never think twice about it. If they aren't endangered, you should be allowed to eat 'em.
It's not even like Chicago's bone-head ban on foie gras. At least they have a real (albeit stupid) reason.

Alan Arkin is great. I loved him in Grosse Point Blank. And I don't understand how he wasn't cast in Billie Crystal's role in Analyze This (maybe he was producer?). It would have been a much better movie.
Alan Arkin's son sucks ass. The only thing he was ever good in was Northern Exposure.
Also, just saw Mission Impossible III on the plane. Tom Cruise may be nuts, but he can make an action movie. It was not bad (although, I was expecting crap, so you might chalk this up to lowered expectations). I know he's fast becoming a joke in Hollywood, but don't all the studios make most of their money overseas anyway? Why the hell would you drop him?
I watched a few Project Runways recently and am hooked. I want those jet-setter pants Michael (I think) designed.
Weeds is an excellent show.
Has anything of interest happened here that I've missed?

Welcome back. A few more days and I was going to have to comment, the way I am right now about NCS disappearing. WHERE ARE YOU NCS?
Anyways, Tom Cruise wasn't dropped by Paramount. That's bullshit studio spin. This is kind of like what happened with Pixar and Disney. Cruise/Wagner wanted a bigger producing fee and a bigger share of the gross receipts of Cruise-starring movies, since they are basically guaranteed money makers. Paramount balked, and Cruise/Wagner decided they'd go make movies on their own without studio financing. I wouldn't be surprised if Paramount ends up distributing most of them anyways.
Not that anyone really cares. I don't.

Right, you need to stash your dough, a good tri bike will run you at least $4K, and that's an expenditure that you are going to have to make from an off the joint account books. iykwim.

You put the rabbit in the hat there. The issue isn't "if" chickens or cows followed you around. They don't, and they won't. I've tried to bond with the cow (recall, I am a hick). It gives nothing back. The fact is, cats and dogs bond with us, so I'm not comfortable eating them.

Accoridng to Hank's mom during our pillow talk sessions, iykwim, growing up on the farm in rural Michigan, young Hank would never allow his dad to slaughter any of the chickens Hank fucked.
