Apropos of which, I think sunglasses should be banned at the World Series of Poker.

Wie is also now is 2 up with 3 to play and looking good to make the quarterfinals. I wonder if they will post odds on her winning the tournament.

If they do, I won't be betting on it.

He's right. I do a lot of their estate planning.

All, or just ugly ones? And is there a practical difference?
Maybe they should allow those without sunglasses to pack heat. Kind of recreate the wild west.

All. You should be able to look the other players in the eyes.

Why don't we let the players bring portable curtains with them, so no one can see them at all?

I hear the ones Ashcroft used to shield everyone from the bare breast(s) of Justice (or whatever) are available cheap.

Catchy Tune
So this morning on the way into work, the car driver has a Spanish-language station on the radio (it's a somewhat risque morning-talk-radio show interspersed with songs here and there), and I hear a catchy tune that translates roughly as follows(stop me if you've heard this):
- When you wake up in the morning
And you turn on the light
Scratch your balls
[something something something something]
Chorus:
Scratch yourself
Scratch yourself
Scratch yourself
Scratch yourself
It's the second time I've heard the song. The first time I heard it, I thought I must have misunderstood the lyrics. So today I listened more carefully and, to my dismay, I discovered I had not.
I can hardly wait until Monday so that my ears can again be assaulted by that classy number!

It would certainly make the event more watchable. Those folks look like they don't get out much.

La Mega se pega!!!
My favorite (up til now) was the one that went:
I think I know you
I think I know you
How do I know you?
I think I know you
I know you
I know you
etc.
Meringue is easy.

Ironweed hangs out with hipsters!!
From Overheard in New York:
If They Were Making Out, Would That Make It Worse?
Hipster #1: I mean, dude, one bar, two ex-girlfriends? That is totally uncool.
Hipster #2: Totally.
