				How to prank a telemarketer

OK, this is one of the funnier pranks I've ever heard. There's a guy who likes to prank telemarketers. They deserve it.Link here. Has sound. No pictures, just sound.

 | If you checked Wikipedia, how could you possibly be asking the question?

 | Christian Scientists have reading rooms. Scientologists believe in aliens.

 | Wait, those Scientologist store fronts aren't reading rooms, too? Next you'll tell me that the stress test isn't a genuine diagnostic tool. |

 | No, there are a couple of Scientologist storefronts in Chicago that I've driven past--complete with banners hawking the "Free Stress Test". Don't have those in Boston? |

 | A friend of mine married, later divorced a Scientologist. She's terrified of them.

 | Not that I've seen. Then again, the Scientologists have been keeping a low profile after all the hullaboo of the Silber/Boston Herald years.

They did paper the cars in my neighborhood with the 'detox yourself' flyers a few weeks back. I wonder if any of the drug dealers called. Me? I'm happy with my toxicity.

 | Years ago I read the tell-all book by L. Ron's son. That's some scary shit. I don't know how/why people fall for it.

ETA: I think it was this one . Not written by his son, but if I recall correctly he had left the fold and plays a big role in this book. Then again, I am old and read this over 10 years ago.

 | Maybe they are what pass for "churches". I haven't paid much attention, other than to be amused by the "Free Stress Test" banners. |
