The Texas Solicitor General's office seeks experienced appellate lawyers to serve as Assistant Solicitors General. Attorneys in this division of the Texas Attorney General's office serve as the State's lead appellate counsel, write briefs, and argue cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, and the state and federal appellate courts.
