Well, I am generally not much of one to respond to fashion threads, but I have a hell of a time with suits. Being quite tall (6'7") does not help. But I also have issues with ill-fitting suits, even when they are specifically made for someone of my height. I have a 68" chest, and so I need to get jackets that are pretty big, but none seem to sit right because my waist is only 36". When I have been going to the gym, I have 30" arms, and the jackets *always" seem to be cut too tight in the arms for me. Same problem in the pants. My thighs are 42", which can be tough to fit. But this is not even the real problem for me - it is my 13" penis. Suits are just not cut loose enough in the groin area for guys with my build. Anyway, suffice it to say that I spend a fair amount of cash on tailors.

I hate James Lipton. What a pretentious cocksucker (with an asian wife I might add, NTTAWWT). The way he pronounes certain words, god. I caught a little of the Richard Gere rerun on sunday and he did one of his pronunceeeeaations and I had to change the channel. I however love the guests talking abou their craft and the art of fillmaking. He is like Barbara Walters in that he gets good interviews for some inexplicable reason, but I wish I could Tivo out (like the way you Tivo out commercials) the camera shots of him looking all serious and actorly. It is people like him who make me hate theatuh.

And, on top of all that, she's the best actress of the bunch (yes I realize they're not all actresses). Bardot's a close second.

MBA inspired question:
So, would you care if your fiance/e french-kissed a stripper at his/her bachelor party?
Also, is licking whipped cream off of another person really so much more intimate than getting a lapdance? Why would someone who uses her "strict Catholic upbringing" as an excuse not to lick the whipped cream off a stripper think it was ok to get the lapdance to begin with? Did I miss one of the Pope's edicts?

I hate when people say this. If they hit their free throws, the game would have been completely different. Both teams would have approached each possession differently. Syracuse would have been in attack mode instead of maintain mode. So, who knows what the outcome would have been. Kansas still might have lost.

|
Excellent question. I think he'll be an excellent NBA player. Guys who have one-on-one skills make it in the NBA (see Paul Pierce). Period. He has those skills and I think he wants to get better. I think he'll school Jalen Rose on offense. On defense, he may be a bit shaky (especially playing a zone defense), but that can be fixed with the right coach. And saying T-Mac would eat him alive is just silly. T-Mac dines on everyone in the NBA every night. No one can guard him straight up. No. One.
And since I'm already on this tangent, I think T-Mac has more offensive skills than any player in the history of basketball. He is the new prototype. He's got the whole package. Handle. Long-range jumper. Mid-range jumper. Spot-up shot. Rythym/off-the-dribble shot. Drive. Hops. Finish. Post-up. Fade-away. Passing. Footwork. Everything.
I'm not saying he's the greatest. He has to prove he can make everyone around him better and that he can consistently hit the big shot in the big game. But, if he follows Jordan's career blue print, he'll be better than Jordan ever was. And I can say that. I'm a huge Jordan fan.

Agreed.

I like his form and his aggressiveness. Will he be less aggressive in the NBA? Much more intimidating. I think not. Needs to put on some weight, but not too much. He'll always be a defensive liability, though. Nice quicks. But won't be able to stop someone from backing him down.

If Kansas had made their FTs and had ended up ultimately scoring more points than Syracuse, the outcome would have been completely different.

You can't simply ignore the quality of the points made. This worship of quantity over quality is unseemly, and explains why basketball can never truly be a zen activity.

No. You should be happy this is all they did. But you shouldn't have even have found that out. If fiance/e told, they are nuts and you shouldn't marry them. If you found out another way and fiance/e didn't flat out deny, they are stupid and you shouldn't marry them. If they cop to the kiss, assume much worse was done.

Yez. Tongue on skin is much worse (depending on what you're licking) than almost-grinding through pants with a stripper (depending on which strip club you go to).

That depends on where the whipped cream is placed.
