Yes, in ever post.
Except for this one. I'm not sorry this post isn't funny.

I suspect they do this to further irritate me. So I guess it is all my fault.

I know, it was a pretty crazy pick, but I was backed into a corner - Mr Man took the best pick (St L) (we try not to overlap our picks in order to minimize the chance that one team knocks us both out) and I have a very hard time picking my team (Giants) to lose, so Philly pick was out. Believe it or not, based on the morning line, Houston was the third biggest favorite yesterday. I should have gone with my gut and taken either The Jets of Minnesota though. Ah, hindsight.
I did stay alive in my pick a loser pool and in a smaller suicide pool though, so no need to stop watching for the year yet...

Does Claire know about the full extent of Billy's illness and cutting Brenda? If not, Brenda has to tell her.
And George is just the best character. Ruth has had some bad luck with guys in the past, but geez. She should have stuck with the florist.
|
I think that Claire knows about Billy's past. Didn't she visit him and im with him when he was in that institution? DId Nate tell her about finding Billy's shrine to her?
The George thing is really good, but maybe too obvious. They should have built it up more over more than just the last three episodes or so. But still well done.
Is there still a suggestion that Babr's husband killed Lisa, or are we supposed to think that she killed herself? It seems like it would be pretty hard to drown someone in the ocean intentionally without physical evidence (scratches, bites, etc.), although I guess that a body being in the water for weeks will do a lot to destroy physical evidence.
And, with respect to Nate, I think that the way his last few episodes with Brenda have been pretty fucked up. We've gotten to see how he treats her and how he lets his emotions completely fuck him up. He will know become obsessed with knowing more about Brenda's death and whether Maya is his daughter. He will want to have a child with Brenda to know that he has a child who is really his.
A great show, and now I can't stand that it will be 18 months before new episodes...

I'm sorry, but not because the post isn't funny. I'm sorry that you took the time to edit the post and still did not catch the typo.

We have two pools. One that starts at the beginning of the year, and one that starts maybe six or seven games in (or if there's already a winner in the first pool). I always do very well on the second and crash and burn on the first. This year, I forgot until Thursday night, and the pool was closed by then.

So much sorrow and regret this morning. Maybe I just have a bad case of the Mondays, and maybe I am just looking backwards through Cosmopolitan-tinted glasses, but I seem to recall the FB being a happier place. A place where one could go to catch up on the latest fashion and cultural trends sweepng the nation. Now, it's just "I'm sorry this" and "I'm sorry that." "I'm sorry this post is not funny." "Oh no, I'm sorry you felt that I put so much pressure on you to be funny."

Welcome him? Not ironically, he is not only a member of Timmy world, he is the President.

President of the Dorks?
Sorry about that...about calling you a dork, that is, not about you being the President of the Dorks. I'm sure you're a very good President.

Oh, all right. Speaking of icons of fashion and culture, I saw Tyra Banks outside my building on Saturday. She was wearing a lot of denim. She is very tall, has a pin-head and huge forehead, but very pretty (duh) and phenomenal ratio. In fact, that's what went through my mind - "phenomenal ratio" (may 1000 curses rain upon Thurgreed's head), after I noticed the pin-head.

If attention to detail and a passion for mental discipline is something you consider to be dorky, then I accept my metaphorical role as the head of the fictional governmental entity ruling over the dorks.
