Oh, yes. So the govt could write amicus briefs supporting people suing every bank that every even looked at funding a deal where somebody can claim an investor was duped. Jesus, that would be the scariest thing in history.

My mortgage officer is Egyptian. He had no problem whatsoever setting my interest rates above zero.
