That thigh is bigger than I expected. And her salad is terrible.

Speaking of Anal Sex

The first is untrue; the second is probably not a realistic or even worthwhile goal.
I've had anal sex a bunch of times. Its nothing special and usually occurs as a result of boredom with the "usual sex", alcohol and curiosity. I probably wouldn't enjoy receiving anal sex, but I think women have an easier time dealing with that sort of insertion because they're used to insertion, whereas men aren't. And no one wants to get near a man's asshole.
Your friend should try it once to placate her obsessed husband, or make him put his money where his mouth is. Tell him that she'll have anal sex only if he'll agree to be anally pentrated with a dildo. That should probably kill the obession. If it doesn't, she may have bit off more than she can chew and might need a good divorce lawyer.

I must be off today. I have no idea what people -- aside from ltl/fb --* are getting at. What is this? Does it have to do with tossed salad? If yes, what?
*PLF -- is this a good way to avoid an asterisk situation?

Wait. How do you know about her salad? Maybe I'm mixing up sexual inuendos here, but I thought if you knew JLH that well you would have shared the info with your imaginary friends here before now...

A one-L female acquaintence met a GP at a seminar and called him to talk about his practice area. He invited her to the bar in his building yesterday afternoon. They drank, talked, and flirted for a couple of hours. Some other GPs showed up and he introduced her to everyone. She liked him and agreed to see him again.
My husband graduated from law school with this GP. They are golfing buddies, and we went to his wedding 18 months ago. The GP is still married and we saw him with his wife at a ton of holiday parties.
I told her it's dumb to get involved with any GP, especially if she wants to work here when she graduates.
Should I tell her he's married?

You think she doesn't know?!? Isn't that something that would come up in several hours of conversation? (or am I just naive?)

One would think something like that would be mentioned, at least in passing, but sometimes, no. I agree, shocking.

Yes, you should tell her he's married (how did that not come up before?). This is information that someone developing a crush or whatever should have. Of course she may already know this. After relaying the information, you should likely butt out.
It is also possible that there is miscommunication there. He could be thinking that there is no romantic interest (flirting does not necessarily equate with interest).

Anon also should tell the Gp they have a mutual friend. That way he'll end it before it starts if its not "miscommunication, but anon. can at least keep the possibility of believing its miscommunication available. It sounds like anon sees him/wife regularly.

Not if she were being hit on by my heathen "married" friends. Only Wonk opens with: "my wife thinks you're really hot."
I once dated a married man. I didn't know he was married -- no ring, called me all the time in the evening, took me public places, paid with a credit card, his secretary knew me by name. In short, he did everything one would do to establish a paper trail.
Unless you ask, and sometimes, like my situation when you do ask and they lie, you just never know.

Exactly. Married attorney at my firm does not wear ring and is very open about his affairs. Brings wife to most occasions, "paramours" to others. Many people assume he is not married.
I wear a ring and my name clearly indicates two last names. I bring Mr. Kiss places and talk about him often. Half my office still assumes I am single. Even people who have met Mr. Kiss. It's creepy.
