Sounds like you are correct on the intel*, but I don't think it's any different than saying that Bush "wants to benefit the rich at the expense of the poor" re tax cuts, and is certainly not as bad as "the war was concocted in Texas for political gain" etc.
The NK support is not as concrete as "I, Kim, support JFK" but from what I've read, the government run newspapers have been, by all accounts, very deferential to Kerry.
