I may have gotten this backwards, but doesn't everyone eat with fork in left? There's no way I could wield a knife with my left hand (I'm a rightie.)
I had no idea that was a European affectation. Well, la-di-dah for me!

Fork in left, knife in right. I used to switch the fork to the right to stab the little pieces of steak I cut, because I heard this was a European affectation like Penske's holiday-making, but now I'm too lazy.
ETA: Apparently it was an American affectation. Sacre bleu!!!

It is considered American style to cut with one's fork in the left and the knife in the right, and then switch the fork to the right hand to put the cut food into the mouth.
It is European style to manage, somehow, to get the food to one's mouth with the left hand, even if that hand is not dominant.
(Coltrane, how'm I doing on the American-bashing?)

My main affectation is groping random American women, just like the Greeks and Italians!

I believe in the universal conservation of hypens. Kind of like entropy. There are only so many to go around, and I want to save them for dtb because they will be put to better use.
I will say that following a 45 minute debate with a room of i-bankers (check that out) it was decided that "wholly owned" has no hypen. An EDGAR search gives a balance of both styles.

There is only one rule for FB Poker--call anything with anything.

That, and lose to a 7-2 with pocket Aces. Or maybe that is related to what you just said.

Figures that it took 45 minutes for a bunch of bankers to figure this out. At least they got the right result (which is more than you can say for them, oh, 60% of the time).
EDGAR should not be an authority for anything (except for what did the issuer acutally file), as it is filled with documents that were created by bankers who, as I mentioned, are wrong at least 60% of the time.
(No hyphen for compound when the first word is an adverb ending in "ly". Duh.)
