I still hate the Yankees

NEW YORK - Major league baseball’s 30 teams and the players’ association will combine to donate $1 million to tsunami relief efforts.

In addition, the New York Yankees will donate $1 million from the proceeds of their season opener against the Boston Red Sox on April 3.

I still hate them, but at least they're not throwing a big $40 mill party.

Sigh. "seasonal sock" is another penske sock? Why do I always fall in love with his socks? Why, bilmore, why?

If there is a "safe for work" question, maybe it will help to point out that I now know that she shaves.

Completely.

STP, Billmore. I'll be home around 8:00 tonight. Just so you don't get cold waiting in the bushes.

Bob, GWNC's avatar shows more than those pictures. So I don't thin she really meant a spree was needed- I think you whiffed- the only reason I'm not sure is because Canadians generally tend to be quite straightforward and sincere.

Sorry. I took your advice, and we were wrestling on the rail instead of just jostling, and it was more fun than I thought it would be, and so we're leaving now . . . .

Paigs, sweetheart, what on earth makes you think I don't "have some real bisexual stuff going down"?

Although I concur. ABBA is hands down the sexiest woman on this board.

Funny, when I think of ABBA I never consider putting my hands down.

Well, maybe one.

Does this differ from "smooth as a teenaged asian hooker"?

(some turns of phrase just stick)

That makes me feel a little better about the Yankees.

I'm glad to see the major American sports contributing. The EPL donated 1M pounds last week. At the New Year's Day games, all players wore black armbands and every game started with a minute of silence. It would be nice to see the NFL do something during the playoffs.

The NE Patriots offered two tickets to next weeks playoff game for a $1,000 donation (limited number of tickets was available).

Charities linking up with pro sports teams may be the only way to get some people to contribute to the greater good. That said, I hate the United Way.
