I was just jumping on the "fag" train, NPI.

However, the only redeeming quality about BaT is that Audrey is hot. The movie is more calculated than a Scooby Doo episode.
No apologizing on Fridays. Fag.

Also, Two for the Road is another Audrey Hepburn movie that always seems to kick up dust.

NYers,

Did Sebby try this trick at Sebbypalooza? I'm not sure he feels comfortable enough for this gambit when not at home base.

My picks were less faggy than balt's.
Okay, I'll be fair and admit to something very, very embarrassing, to something that many of you will find worse than many, if not all, other picks here: in The Bridges of Madison County (I know!!! Shmaltzfest!!!) the scene where Meryl Streep is sitting in the truck with her husband behind Clint Eastwood's truck at the traffic light, and she gazes at the back of Clint's head, and the red light seems interminable, and it's raining (I know!!! Schmaltzapalooza!!!), and the wipers are going, and she is either fighting the impulse to get out of her husband's truck and get into Clint's, or fighting the impulse not to, and then the light changes, Clint makes his turn at the light, and she loses her opportunity, and she and her husband go the other way, and you know she will never see Clint again.

I attribute the very slight tearing that occurs when I see this scene to Meryl Streep's acting, which is so much better than her material. And because I have loved someone whom I know I will never see again. :violin:

Other movies that make me cry include Kramer v. Kramer and Sophie's Choice.

Faggiest choices by far.

I cry very easily (just like our resident Pretty Lady), but the movie I remember absolutely sobbing uncontrollably at was The Joy Luck Club. I was even a little embarrassed at how there was no stopping by copious tears.

Can't believe I missed that. Blasted pregnant wife and her nesting instincts! This gentile atoned by painting the goddamned bathroom...

You are a good husband. She's going to be spending so much time in there she'd might as well like how it looks.

1. The Best of the Best-- When like Eric Roberts' karate team fights the dreaded korean team whose captain killed Phillip Rhee's brother in a fight right in front of him, and then Christopher Penn gets knocked around and then the big dramatic scene where Phillip has the korean captain on the ropes and can kill him on the mat but instead chooses to standdown and as a result the Korean team wins, but then at the medal ceremony the Korean captain says how truly regretful he has been for killing Phil's brother and that Phillip has humbed him with his honorable conduct in not killing him and then he puts the gold medal on Phil's neck while crying, and then the rest of the Koreans follow suit. And right then, Eric Roberts flips his long hair a little, and I cry.

2. The Mighty Ducks. When that one underdog guy is like made fun of and they all hate on him and then he pulls out a machete and kills them all.

I was completely dry-eyed during that Spielberg movie, and also during that one by the over-the-top Italian dude. But The Great Escape -- could not stop crying. The sheer persistence of those men! Steve McQueen's utter coolness. James Garner's strong shoulders and jawline. Bawlfest.
