Thanks. And if it's on the lower back (1) no sagging or stretching and (2) I can hide it from biglaw tools.

Pact made in 1996 between four siblings. Only two have followed through. A third says it wasn't really a pact, more like a drunken idea that doesn't sound as good as it did at the time. Fourth claims that will get the tat when "in shape enough."
Lower back.

Unless you wear short shirts (say *that* three times quickly!) on casual Friday. Don't think that it doesn't get noticed -- and discussed on the "ALLFIRM-PART" email group.

Oh come now, Shavingagaincausethestubblewasn'tkeepingmedrunkenoughtobeabletofuckthetrashibringhome, don't think for a minute that Paigow isn't going to turn any minute and stick her claws out again. We're just in agreement on Mr. R being annoying today.

Oh, God, yes. We're talking about a totally outrageous paradigm.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

I have serious doubts that anyone would be able to accurately guess.

The problem is your generalizations are broader than even Sebby's foul truths.
If you stay four-five years at a firm, then moving means you've been asked to move, because they don't want to waste time with you on the partnership track.
If you wait 6-7 years, well, then it's because you were definitely passed over for partner.
And if you're leaving as a partner, it's assuredly because you were ass-fucking the wrong paralegal.
So, no matter what, regardless of what firm you're leaving you must be a sorry-ass retread in your book.
Yet, oddly, plenty of firms are making the same mistake again and again. Curious how they stay in business.
And don't even begin to speculate how companies hiring these worn-out retreads for inside positions manage to survive. The government, of course, is easy to explain.

You're lucky that's all you got (that you can't get rid of) while drunk on shore leave in the Phillipines...

An excellent explanation, but you failed to fill in the first blank.
