Any suggestions? Fiction or non-fiction is fine. No Ayn Rand or books by people who yell on TV for a living.

Thanks!
I just finished a book called The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell, that I thought was really good. It's sort of an odd science fiction novel written by a former paleo-anthropologist about Jesuits in space, which in a lot of ways is a book about maintaining a relationship with God when everything goes to hell.

I really liked it a lot, and I just ordered the follow up.
