Um, pursuing a sexual fling is relatively easy: "Wanna get a drink?" if yes, go to bar near house, have 1 drink. "Wanna get out of here?" if yes, repair to house and fuck like bunnies. If no, have 2nd drink, then leave.
If fucking like bunnies has occurred, the drink can be skipped in future.
Alternatively, invite him to your house for a drink, and skip the "wanna get out of here" step.
