Etiquette Question
The woman who lives in the apartment next to mine got a dog. The dog barks during the day. Before gf left for greener whatever, she complained to the property owner about the dog's barking during the day. I was talking to the neighbor and learned that she had been fined $300 because of the noise complaint. The neighbor is kinda hot. Should I fuck her?
