I liked the image of Keith's uniforms getting more and more gaudy, until this latest job. Big "Security Guard Company" patches in bright colors. It is an understated, yet powerful image.

I apologize for the interruption, but as a lurker I must and ask, IS SHE FAT?
Thank you for my continued enjoyment in avoiding as much work as possible for as long as possible and making the aforementioned well, possible.

Really. If he were any sort of man, he'd go out and find a few skinny chicks to fuck.
But maybe that's hard in Texas.

I was going to post that little exchange yesterday, but my post was getting too wordy already (sort of like this one.)

I think I read about this once. It was in a story that started "Dear Penthouse...."

You misunderstand, Abba, my love.
It is not the sentiment -- it's the offensive and hurtful way in which the sentiment was conveyed. I think it's the "I'm tired of..." that nettles.
I don't know -- if my husband were fat, I don't think I would love him less; maybe I'd find him less attractive, but it's hurtful to hear that your spouse is "tired" of you because of the way you look. Sad, really.

Supermodel thin, she is not. I'd say maybe fifteen, twenty pounds that she's gained since high-school. Definitely not shopping at Layne Bryant. She is out of shape though. The workout usually kills everyone on the first week, so we'll see how she does next weke.

Good question. Also, what is a SEAL program? Because I usually think that most organized classes are not good for people trying to lose gads of weight. I mean, they are better than nothing, but to lose weight you need a ton of cardio and probably some weights. Organized classes make it easy for a fattie to slack off. Like PLF. I mean, he goes to his spinning classes but he spends the whole time pretending his shoe is untied and refilling his water bottle. Very little spinning is actually done by him.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

I have to imagine that this was the culmination of some joking and banter between husband and wife and that she wasn't really offended by it. Because that's the only way I can interpret her husband's continued ability to breathe.
In fairness, though, he didn't actually say he was tired of her, but that he was tired of having a fat wife -- presumably meaning that, if she weren't fat, he'd be happy to have her as a wife.
Yes, I'm a lawyer, I parse. Sue me.

Get thee in line behind me, Satan. I'm still waiting for sunny to tell us who her 9 year old nephew thought he was visiting when he was schlepped off to the (shhh!) loser ex-husband's parents.

It would be hurtful, yes, but arguably it is hurtful to not care enough about your spouse to remain attractive for them. I'm not saying it is okay that he intentionally phrased his sentiment in a hurtful way. I thought people were saying that he was somehow out of bounds for being tired of having a fat wife. I think that is only natural.

I don't think whether she is overweight or not is relevant.
He gave her the session; he didn't need to dump on her while doing it. It's easy enough to say "you've been talking about wanting to get in shape" or "I thought you'd enjoy this." Its also possible to talk about health or wellbeing instead of satisfying him.
Of course, he also could have gotten the session for them to do together.
I hope she gets herself a nice SEAL. Better yet, I hope she gets a couple of nice SEALs.
