I've seen parking advertised for $20k fee simple. Maybe $150-200/mo.

Wow, the market for parking is somewhat stagnant. That doens't sound so different from the mid 90s.

Maybe it amuses only me, but Bob Ryan's forecast last night was as follows:

5% chance of a dusting to an inch of snow
50% chance of freezing rain in the afternoon
90% chance that schools will be closed.
