Whenever I go to see my favorite local transsexual, leather fetishist, glam metal band, the breast-implanted lead singer will usually strip down to some sort of breast revealing outfit. Sometimes he/she wears black electrical tape "pasties," but I am pretty sure he/she often does not. Although, now that I think about it, it is possible that he/she only has scars where the nipples used to be, so it may not be considered as risque.

I don't believe a transexual should have implants. In the end you have to be happy with some body. I wonder if the pre-operative consoling was adequate in this case.
