It is allegedly the place where the lap dance was invented. And it certainly has the reputation as one of the best strip clubs in the country. As bill killer noted, it's on Dale Mabry Highway, and is only a few blocks from Raymond James Stadium. Out of town rock stars, and football and baseball players are frequent visitors. (note to bill -- the strip joint with the spaceship on top is the 2001 Odyssey, which is right across the steet from the Mons)
I've never been in the Mons (why would I lie? I'm anonymous), but according to friends who have, the girls are simply stunning. Warning -- the city of Tampa enacted a six-foot buffer ordinance a couple of years ago in an effort to stamp out lap dancing, and the police occasionally raid the place.
Have fun.

This is the worst use of the anon feature I have ever seen. You're anonymous because you heard things second-hand? And this is outable?
Are you in the corner giggling like a schoolgirl, thinking, "I am so naughty. I heard there's this strip club and they have lap dances. Tee-hee-hee."?
I am glad you chose to protect your identity so that no one would ever think you read a travel guide for Tampa.
Oh, and Coltrane, if you are staying on a "key" near Tampa, you are on St. Pete Beach at the closest. This is at least 20 minutes away from the Mons with no traffic. Be sure to have very good transportation to carry you back and forth.

We're flying into Tampa. We're going to make a pit stop at Mons before we head down to Siesta Key.

I won the award for the worst use of the anon feature EVER? Really? Cool. Mom will be so proud
And you saw what bill killer and bnb said about Tampa. Who would want to admit to having read about a place like that in The Lonely Planet?

Do her neighbors know about the pussy flipping? Maybe she should leave a note.

Sadly, following the wrong horse has ruined his diet. Twit will probably start reading Dianetics soon.

While I would love to flip the pussy, I have decided not to after em explained the use of the anon feature. Such use would have been better explained in the post. I mean, who wouldn't understand that em posted as anon since em stood in the hallways of em's firm proudly displaying em's platinum vip card, which had to be laminated to protect from over use?
Clearly, that is outable.

Enough with the notes. They are going to think I am Martin Luther.
