They even cheaped out on the cup lids -- they used be the Starbucks-type lid with the little cut-out for drinking and now they are the fold-back-a-tab type that always results in sharp plastic corners jabbing at my mouth. Solution: bring a real mug from home so you don't need cheap-ass cups.
