We established long ago that it is not a communist thing. It dates back to the compromise reached in enacting the Statute of Uses and the Statute of Wills, both firmly entrenched in Anglo-Saxon common law.
Although it is refreshing to hear you acknowledge that the whole death tax thing is a semantic ploy.
