I called her and she seemed surprised when she answered the phone. It was really weird. When you are not speaking in you native tongue the telephone is especially hard because you can't get any other signals as to what the person is trying to say. I don't know how much of that was going on or she just really just not into me. I asked her when her next night open was and she told me Wednesday. But then I hard trouble pinning her down about wednesday. I told her that she seemed pretty aprehensive and if she didn't want to go we didn't have to but she said she wanted to go. It was hard to get her to talk. Although we talked for a while about other stuff. She asked me to tell her about myself so I did.
I told her that I was going to get reservations but she asked if I really had to do that. I said it would be a good idea and its not like you really have to show up. Finally she said that Wednesday is a long time away so she would call me back. She was insistent about calling me. Kind of sounded like a "don't call us we will call you".
This one is really hard to figure out. I guess we will just have to wait and see if she calls. I screwed up by letting the ball land in her court but I just kind of fell into the trap.
