That said, Hotel del Coronado is quite beachy. And generally very cool to visit (a landmark hotel). Not sure of the price, but as far as I know, it is the most beach-resort-feeling place I know of in SD. Excellent Sunday brunch also.
I haven't ever been to San Diego and have 4 days and want to go. Prob will go to zoo and other touristy stuff. I like hearing/seeing ocean-- it'll be in Feb so not really looking to lie in the sun or anything.

Don't think I have it to flaunt.
